Why do I get the feeling that the Republican plan to eliminate taxes on overtime pay will include eliminating overtime pay?

Chosen One

 Trump has referred to himself as the chosen one. Now Trump refers to a woman he was found guilty of sexually assaulting similarly. "She would not have been the chosen one." Is he trying to make it sound like it should be some sort of honor to be assaulted by him?
