Multinational corporations have been exploiting other countries for lower wages, unsafe working conditions, and toxic wastes. Now they will have the chance to bring those jobs to the USA. They won't be very good jobs unless they are protected by labor unions, OSHA, and the EPA. Mostly tariffs are just a transfer of wealth from the working class to large corporations and the government. It will then go for more tax breaks for the wealthy.
